The City of Edmond (COE) has completed an on-budget, on-schedule implementation of CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution from Advanced Utility Systems.
COE’s Utility Customer Service Department is committed to providing its customers with exceptional levels of customer service. To coincide with this mission statement, COE’s objective for its customer information system project was to ensure that their new system would promote exceptional levels of service to both internal users and external customers, as well as provide the technical foundation to ensure long-term effectiveness and efficiency.
Linda Courtright, Utility Customer Service Director for COE notes, “CIS Infinity is an integral part of our customer service operation. It allows us to provide one call customer service, quick installation of new service, and prompt follow-up on customer problems.”
To further reinforce its customer service commitment, COE implemented Infinity.Link and Infinity.Mobile. By providing online payment and account management to customers and mobile service order automation respectively, these solutions make the customer service process more efficient and streamlined.
In addition, all solutions are easily configurable and upgradeable and have a well-defined enhancement strategy to meet COE’s business needs for the foreseeable future.
