CIS Infinity implementation completed: Henrico County

Having outgrown their in-house legacy system, Henrico County (the County), has gone live with CIS Infinity, the customer information and billing solution offered by Advanced Utility Systems.

“It was important for us to step into current technology and have a CIS that readily provides detailed information for each of our customers,” says Arthur Petrini, Director of Public Utilities for Henrico County.

“Our customers are very knowledgeable and CIS Infinity enables us to quickly and accurately answer their utility billing questions.”

In addition, the County is pleased with the meter inventory management functionality, the export capabilities, and the ability to control the schedule of daily work which previously had to be run at night by the Information Technology Department. The County also enjoys the ease of navigation and the current look and feel of CIS Infinity.
