Advanced Announces Rebranding of CIS Infinity Suite

CIS Infinity Suite continues to enable utilities with improving customer service, increasing revenue and reducing costs

Toronto, Canada. May 15, 2009

Advanced Utility Systems (Advanced) offers several integrated solutions to its flagship customer information and billing system, CIS Infinity. From online customer self-service and mobile service order management, to executive dashboards and self-service kiosks, Advanced clients are able to leverage these solutions to enhance customer service operations, increase revenue and minimize costs.

In order to underscore the fact that these solutions are fully integrated and real-time with CIS Infinity, Advanced is announcing that it is rebranding these solutions with new names and logos.

“We wanted to keep our brands unified and give all our solutions consistent names and overall branding,” Peter Fanous, General Manager, Advanced comments. “With this rebranding we also wanted to reinforce the fact that as a family of solutions they are all seamlessly integrated which ultimately makes deployment of the solution faster and reduces costs.”

About the products:

    Infinity.Link (formerly eCARE) is an Internet self-service solution that streamlines your customer service function. It allows your customers to look up consumption history, log service calls, review and pay for their account balance, print bill history, and submit meter readings, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

    The City of Santa Rosa, CA is the latest Advanced client to adopt Infinity.Link. Patty Kutches, Revenue Operations Supervisor notes, “Advanced did an excellent job in rolling out Infinity.Link to the City of Santa Rosa.     Infinity.Mobile (formerly mCARE) is a mobile service order management solution that reduces paperwork and increases accuracy of the service order process through an easy to use web-based dispatch application. With Infinity.Mobile field technicians are able to receive, work on, update and close service orders in the field.

    Infinity.View (formerly Executive Information System) allows decision makers to access critical management information without having to know how to navigate through CIS Infinity. It saves you time and supports decision making by allowing you to quickly and easily view Revenue, Cash, Service Orders and Call Tracking and Customer Service Activity information online.

    Infinity.eXpress (formerly Advanced Kiosk) is a customer self-service payment station that reduces customer service lines and increases revenue. It uses touch screen technology and can be deployed anywhere a utility wishes to collect payments. Customers can also utilize it for items such as changing their billing address or requesting a service order.

    Infinity.Teleconnect (formerly vCARE) is an integrated IVR solution that provides you with the ability to increase call capacity with automated call handling. It also makes your workflow more efficient and assists in improving collections through auto dial capabilities.
