Gazifère Inc. selects Harris Computer Systems’ Advanced Utility Systems and CIS Infinity

Harris Computer Systems is pleased to announce that Gatineau, Québec based Gazifère Inc. (Gazifère), an affiliate of Enbridge Gas Distribution has selected Advanced Utility Systems’ CIS Infinity to replace its legacy customer information and billing (CIS) solution.

Founded in 1959, Gazifère is one of two distributors of natural gas in Québec. Gazifère owns and operates a 763.1 km gas supply network providing natural gas to approximately 32,000 residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers.

CIS Infinity was selected to provide Gazifère with leading edge customer service capabilities, robust CIS functionality, and seamless interoperability with existing information systems. As part of the project scope Advanced will deliver CIS Infinity with the ability to offer both French and English user interfaces to Gazifère employees.
