City of Arvada Selects Harris to Implement CIS Infinity®

Arvada, Colorado and Toronto Canada. July 6, 2007

Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harris Computer Systems (Harris), is pleased to announce that it has been chosen by the City of Arvada (Arvada), to implement CIS Infinity as their CIS and utility billing solution.

As one of Colorado's progressive communities with a population of approximately 105,000, Arvada will utilize the solution to bill its 35,000 utility customers for water, wastewater and stormwater services.

As part of the selection process, Arvada understood that selecting a CIS solution is a process that only occurs once every 10 - 15 years and engaged the services of industry specialists, TMG Consulting, to ensure the solution will meet all of the City's key requirements.

As Hammond notes, "Arvada and Gary Weseloh from TMG Consulting worked together from the CIS Selection process to the contract negotiations and we are confident that we know exactly what Arvada needs and that we can deliver on those needs."

With Arvada's commitment, Advanced increases its presence in Colorado, with three clients already utilizing CIS Infinity --- City of Boulder, City of Westminster and the City of Englewood in the state.

Arvada's solution will include CIS Infinity Version 3.1, Advanced's latest CIS offering, along with a number of enhancements including further integration with Teleworks' Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.

Arvada and Advanced will begin the implementation phase over the coming weeks with the LIVE date scheduled for the second quarter of 2008.
