Advanced Utility Systems Announces Three Organizations Live on CIS Infinity

Toronto, Canada. February 21, 2006.

Advanced Utility Systems Corporation (Advanced) is pleased to announce that after several months of hard work and dedication the City of Colton, the City of Westminster, and Shawano Municipal Utilities have completed the implementation of CIS Infinity® and are now live on the customer information and billing software offered by Advanced.

About the three organizations:

The City of Colton, California, which provides electric, water, and wastewater services to 19,000 customers went live on CIS Infinity on October 14, 2005.

The City of Westminster, Colorado, which provides water, sewer, stormwater and concrete replacement services to 30,000 customers, went live on CIS Infinity on December 12, 2005.

Shawano Municipal Utilities, Wisconsin, bills for electric, water, sewer and telecommunications services to its 5,000 customers. Shawano went live on CIS Infinity on December 12, 2005.
