Reedy Creek Improvement District has selected CIS Infinity®, the customer information and utility billing
solution offered by Advanced Utility Systems Corporation. Reedy Creek Improvement District is the home
of Walt Disney World, and encompasses 25,000 acres in the heart of Central Florida.
The District will implement CIS Infinity to continue its tradition of providing the highest level of service to
its customers, offering a variety of services including electric, natural gas, water, and solid waste. The
District’s previous billing system had a difficult time managing all of the different rates and services
offered by the District.
Craig Loftin, Manager of Information Services for the District, explains the decision. "We needed to find a
solution that could easily handle the complexity of our organization. Providing the most effective and
efficient service to our biggest customer -- Walt Disney World -- is our main goal, and Advanced has provided us with a strategic plan to do just that."
"The unique requirements of the District make it necessary to implement an equally unique solution," says
Kathryn McKay, Vice President of Client Services at Advanced. "Some of the services offered by the
District, such as high and low-pressure hot water and chilled water, are not common services, which gives
Advanced an opportunity to demonstrate how truly adaptable CIS Infinity can be."
