The Board of Water Works of Pueblo, CO (Pueblo Water) which provides water services to 40,000 accounts has selected a comprehensive suite of software solutions by Advanced Utility Systems, a division of N. Harris Computer Corporation (Advanced).

Pueblo Water selected CIS Infinity (Customer Management & Utility Billing), Infinity.Link (Customer Self-Service), Infinity.Mobile (Paperless Service Orders) and Infinity.BI (Business Intelligence) to fulfill its mission of effective and efficient coordination of utility functions across the entire Agency.

A central component to effective and efficient coordination of utility functions is a best practices approach to the handling and processing of service orders/work orders. Seth Clayton, Director of Administrative Services for Pueblo Water notes, “During our procurement process, Advanced was successful in separating themselves from the other vendors by being able to demonstrate that their solutions meshed with our goal of providing outstanding service to our Customers. They were also able to demonstrate a desire to grow with us into the future as our Customers’ needs change.”
