Gazifère Inc. goes live with Advanced

CIS Infinity implementation completed successfully

Advanced Utility Systems (Advanced) has successfully completed another implementation of CIS Infinity in collaboration with Gazifère Inc. (Gazifère).

Gazifère is an affiliate of Enbridge Gas Distribution that provides natural gas to approximately 35,000 residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers.

Gazifère’s need for a new customer information and billing system was necessitated by the fact that its legacy system would no longer be supported. CIS Infinity was selected for its robust functionality as well as its ability to provide Gazifère with greater flexibility in managing business processes.

CIS Infinity is well-suited for supporting Gazifère’s CIS needs. They will be able to fully leverage its functionality. Among other things, CIS Infinity will provide them with the ability to manage rate changes better, improve its reporting capabilities and enhance their collection processing.

Several system enhancements were also developed specifically for Gazifère’s needs. This included expanded budget billing plan functionality as well as service order appointment scheduling capabilities.

In addition, Advanced is providing CIS Infinity to Gazifère with both French and English user interfaces.
